Keicia Tilley - From the very beginning, I knew that I wanted a beautiful and elegant wedding gown but also knew it would be a challenge to find one that was modest. I had been with my sister and looked in local shops about 6 months earlier as she looked for her wedding dress. While there were many nice dresses, none had the level of grace and modesty that I desired; all were strapless or much too revealing for what I am comfortable wearing. I also searched online and while I was able to find some designs that appealed to me, the dress had to be ordered without being able to try it on. Then I found the web site for the Yellow Rose. I was very excited to not only learn that this shop specialized in modest dresses but was also close enough that I could visit and try them on to help ensure I found the perfect dress. Many people did not understand my quest and seemed to think that driving four hours from west Alabama to near Atlanta, Georgia was just as absurd as flying to China to get a dress. However, I did not let this dampen my delight at the opportunity.
Julia was very helpful from the very first phone encounter; always pleasant and accommodating. She assisted me in determining the styles that I was most interested in seeing to help me start the process. She allowed me to try on countless dresses until I was certain that I had found the perfect dress for me. I could not imagine finding a better dress for my wedding. I eagerly await my gown arriving.
